I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel in a central location, surrounded by modern business buildings and just a short walk from Paddington. The room was soundproof, clean, and provided great amenities, like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, especially the manager and the wonderful young guy with the earring who worked over the weekend. The hotel offers plenty of services, like dry cleaning, laundry, and room service, to make your stay extra comfortable. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the happy hour was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. The indoor swimming pool, steam room, and sauna were all fabulous facilities to enjoy during my stay.

This hotel is highly recommended for families, as it offers a children's menu and wheelchair access.

The room was surprisingly quiet, despite being located near a busy train station and road. We couldn't hear a thing! the staff were helpful and were pretty good too make our stay nice. They even decorated the room with balloons and rose petals for my birthday, a lovely touch.

It would have been nice to have a bit more space to move around.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel! We arrived early and were actually surprised when we were upgraded to an executive room at no extra cost. The room was super clean, comfortable, and had a complimentary mini bar. The location, just a 5-minute walk from Paddington train station and tube, was perfect for exploring London. The staff at check-in and check-out were amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay special. They even surprised us with balloons and cakes for my daughter and husband's birthday. The hotel also had a fantastic kids play table at reception, a great idea!

Nothing to dislike.

We had a fantastic stay at this stylish hotel in a bustling business district. The location, tucked away just behind little Venice, was perfect for our needs. It was convenient to have the underground just a short distance away, allowing us to easily explore the city. The staff here were incredibly attentive and friendly, especially the manager in the evenings and the wonderful young guy with the earring who seemed to be working non-stop. We were also impressed by the range of amenities available to us, including a well-maintained indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and appreciated the soundproofing, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

Although the hotel provided exceptional customer service, we found that our request for a £1 coin for a trolley was unable to be accommodated. This was a minor inconvenience, especially for someone with limited mobility, but it did not detract from our overall positive experience.
